Northline does expert work for other companies: insurance appeals for clinics, and production support for software teams. You've never done either. Nobody here expects you to.

Your first morning
  1. Walk in. Four people will stop you on the way to your desk. They want to know who you are.
  2. Pick a desk. A patient's treatment was denied, or a shop's checkout is down. Both need someone today.
  3. Do the work with Kit. Kit is an AI that knows the job and is sometimes wrong. You steer it and you check it.
