Plenty of skilled work asks for a certificate before you've done a single day of it: insurance appeals, medical coding, benefits casework, production support. The work can be learned. The paperwork keeps people out.

AI now knows the rules of these jobs. What it can't do is notice its own mistakes, or ask the question nobody wrote down. People can.

So we built a place to practise exactly that, take the same AI to work, and leave with proof of what you can do.
