How it works

Your first morning, step by step

Three minutes to walk in. Fifteen at your desk.

  1. 1

    Fill in your badge

Type your name and clock in. That's the whole sign-up.

A visitor badge with the player's name, next to a sheet that says You start today
  2. 2

    Walk in

Type whatever you would say or do. The people reply.

A 3D office entrance with a coworker carrying a box and suggested replies under the scene
  3. 3

    Meet the people

Coworkers ask what you did before and what you want to learn. Your answers come back in your write-up.

A coworker in the lift asking a question, with a card showing what the team knows about the player
  4. 4

    Pick a desk

Get a patient's treatment approved, or stop a live outage. No background needed for either.

Two job slips: the appeals desk and the on-call desk
  5. 5

Work with Kit, and check it

Kit is an AI that knows the job. It shows its sources and how sure it is. Once a morning it's confidently wrong. Open the source to catch it.

  6. 6

    Talk to the person

The case is won by asking the patient something the file doesn't say. The AI won't ask. You will.

The patient chat on the left mentioning her old doctor, next to Kit's evidence
  7. 7

    See what your choices did

The insurer rules on exactly what you sent: approved, denied or sent back.

The appeal letter stamped Approved, with the patient's reply
  8. 8

    Read your write-up

What you did, in your own words, and what to try next time.

The write-up: before and after, quotes from the player, and a checklist of what they did

On call: a shop's checkout is down

Kit is 92% sure you should restart. The fix is to find what changed this morning and roll it back. Your shift ends with an incident report and a checklist the team can keep.
